A Team to Support Your Career

 

The firm's partners invest a lot of time to make sure that staff are treated well, on track with their career goals and have the tools and flexibility they need to succeed. Time is allocated at every monthly partner meeting and retreat to make working conditions as good as possible. Each professional staff member's career is reviewed formally in twice-per-year evaluations and regular partners' meetings. There are also less formal monthly lunches with a partner, along with an ongoing open-door policy where partners and managers are available most days for walk-in chats.
