Steve Sobul started something special back in 1981. So special, in fact, that three of the existing partner group started alongside Steve on that very first day. Our file services person has been with us since then, our office manager has been here for over 20 years, and all of the senior Business Management staff have been with the firm for 10-15 years. As many of you know, Steve Sobul wanted to build a firm that put people first. And we try to honor that every day.

We started as a small firm with big hopes of becoming a significant precense in the industry... and we have. We wanted to build a team of professionals who really enjoy working together and complement each other’s abilities... and we have. And more recently, we committed to delegating more work and focusing on how senior staff can support the people who report to them... and we are. We have an aggressive growth strategy in place and we believe we can achieve great things together... because we always have.
